這篇絕對是奇文，首先陸以正一文批評台灣媒體資訊不足，沒有分析下台原因。但看了內文，發現陸以正本文既沒分析原因，也提供讀者一堆錯誤資訊。

原來資深外交官是這樣的素質。

信手拈來的錯誤就已經是如下：

1.澳洲工黨全名是Australian Labor Party，大家沒看錯，就是使用美式英文Labor，而不是澳式英文Labour。這也是我剛到澳洲時，發現的怪處，和指導教授討論 過這件事。(Australian Labor Party 官網 http://www.alp.org.au )

2.上次聯邦大選是2007年11月，不是2006年的12月。

3.澳洲總理任期也很久的，有將近十二年的John Howard（1996年三月-2007年十二月），而陸以正舉例的Robert Menzies則是連續做了十六年的總理。我的研究室所在的大樓就是以Robert Menzies做為命名。

4.Keivn Rudd是出身昆士蘭州（State of Queensland）的Brisbane City的Griffith選區，而非陸以正講的NSW州的Griffith市。差很多也差很遠好嗎？Griffith選區就在Giffith大學Nathan Campus附近。

總統府國家統一綱領，規定「國家統一」有三個進程，中程階段是建立溝通管道、三通、共同開發中國東南沿海地區、互助參加國際組織與活動（去年在中國許可下，以中華台北擔任WHA觀察員）、推動兩岸高層人士互訪。而以上這些，馬英九都做到了。既然已經完成了「中程階段」，接著就是進入遠程的「協商統一階段」。

美國自由之家發佈本年度新聞自由報告，台灣的新聞自由又再度退步了。自由之家除了分析馬政府置入性行銷增多與公視問題等影響新聞自由的台灣內部因素外外，也提到某些媒體與中國的關係。台灣內部因素其實可以透過民主制度獲得改善，但來自中國的外在因素卻是台灣人民無能為力的狀況。

筆者記得在2007年APEC會議期間，魏京生到澳洲訪問，當時他在與布里斯本台灣僑領的餐敘中講述了當年在牢裡生活的情景。那時獄警每天都會拿《人民日報》給他看，不過報紙卻常出現被剪掉的缺塊。魏京生笑說：「原來《人民日報》還有我不能看的新聞。」

近日來，國民黨黨政、統媒和名嘴輪番砲轟自由時報的民調，除了顯示各媒體的民調數據本來就有爭議性外，也顯示國民黨多麼在乎「反對ＥＣＦＡ的聲音」。

其實若檢視歷來媒體的民調，幾乎沒有一家民調禁得起考驗。以二○○○年的總統大選為例，ＴＶＢＳ在選前民調說連戰二十五％、陳水扁二十六％、宋楚瑜二十四％，聯合報民調指連戰二十七％、宋楚瑜二十六％、陳水扁二十二％，中國時報則是連戰二十％、陳水扁二十二％、宋楚瑜二十二％。投票結果是連戰二十三．一％、陳水扁三十九．三％、宋楚瑜三十六．八四％。

誰能告訴我，這是怎麼一回事？如果接下來兩年經濟成長數據率逼近10%，我想一點也不意外。失業率突然下降的2%，好像也不會奇怪。不過還好，大家的薪水，大家的口袋，自然會告訴大家這些馬政府的數據是不是真的。

2001年經濟成長率-1.65%（我永遠記得是國民黨以前每天批評的-2.17%，而且這數據一直被引用到去年，現在不知道是不是應該感謝馬英九政府把它變成-1.65%？）

馬英九政府疑似偷偷修改經濟成長率，2009年改了，2008年的也改了，還有以前國民黨痛批民進黨執政經濟敗壞的2001年負成長2.17%，也莫名其妙變成了負成長1.65%。依照一般的程序，的確政府會修正前年度第一次公布的資料，但是連兩年前、甚至九年前的資料都修改了，這是怎麼一回事？

‘Sensitive terms’ and sensitive celebrations

In China, “democracy,” “democratic parties,” “June 4” and even “6.4” are labeled “sensitive terms.” A massive Internet review system automatically replaces such terms with the words “sensitive term,” making it sometimes impossible to post certain phrases. For example, it would likely be impossible to say, “China’s economy has grown by 6.4 percent.”

When Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao (溫家寶) chatted with Internet users during an interview on the Chinese government’s official Web site and the Xinhua news agency’s Web site on Feb. 27, he said: “Only in a democracy is political order guaranteed even if there is a leadership change.”

On some Web sites, this was changed to “only in a sensitive term is political order guaranteed even if there is a leadership change.”
